Every property listed on the website gets inspected for quality, design and accuracy after registration and upload had been done before it will go live on the system.
After uploading your property, you will be required to schedule your in-person appointment.
After inspection, your property will be approved once its meets the criteria. If your apartment is denied, a reason for denial will be communicated to you.

1. Platform charges. The platform charges 5%-15% on all properties depending on the property type and service required and this is automatically deducted from your property earning.
2. Payment and Wallet System: Once a property is sold or let your wallet system will be credited. You can then seek for a withdrawal from your wallet system into your bank account. Once you request for withdrawal from your wallet system your bank account will be credited within 24hrs you request for withdrawal. Please note that all documentation must have been prepared before requesting for a withdrawal.
3. Caution fee : Security deposit also known as Caution fee is collected for all properties and withheld by the platform during the time of booking – it will only be paid out to the property owner if damages occur otherwise it will be refunded immediately to the guest after check out in case of rent or let..
